Maggie Gyllenhaal and Peter Sarsgaard Make it Official
Longtime couple Maggie Gyllenhaal and Peter Sarsgaard made it official this past weekend. The couple tied the knot in a romantic destination wedding in Italy. Maggie Gyllenhaal, 31, and her now husband Peter Sarsgaard, 38, have a 2 year old daughter Ramona. They have been engaged since 2006. The couple were joined by their daughter, her brother Jake Gyllenhaal, her brother’s girlfriend Reese Witherspoon and other close family and friends. The wedding was held at small chapel in the Italian town of Brindisi.
Hydroxycut Cut from Shelves
Fat burners may be fatal! The FDA has announced that 14 Hydroxycut products are being voluntarily recalled by supplement company. The recall comes after 23 reports of serious liver damage, as a result of product use were filed. The damage ranged from jaundice of the liver, to death, and a liver transplant in one of the cases. The recalled products include the following:
- Hydroxycut Regular Rapid Release Caplets
- Hydroxycut Caffeine-Free Rapid Release Caplets
- Hydroxycut Hardcore Liquid Caplets
- Hydroxycut Max Liquid Caplets
- Hydroxycut Regular Drink Packets
- Hydroxycut Caffeine-Free Drink Packets
- Hydroxycut Hardcore Drink Packets (Ignition Stix)
- Hydroxycut Max Drink Packets
- Hydroxycut Liquid Shots
- Hydroxycut Hardcore RTDs (Ready-to-Drink)
- Hydroxycut Max Aqua Shed
- Hydroxycut 24
- Hydroxycut Carb Control
- Hydroxycut Natural
Hydroxycut Cleanse and Hoodia products were not on the recall list. Although the FDA has not isolated the ingredient that is causing the problem, they do know that the Hydroxycut products recalled are causing elevated liver enzymes that have lead to damage and failure. Some patients also experienced heart problems, seizures, kidney failure and severe muscle damage. Products can be returned to the place of purchase for a refund.

Rumors of infidelity have long plagued reality TV couple Jon and Kate Gosselin, but is there actually trouble in domestic paradise? Jon Gosselin was photographed this week leaving a Pennsylvania bar at 2 a.m. with another woman. What’s more, is that the reality TV dad and husband was not wearing his wedding ring. Gosselin denies any wrong doing in the situation and claims the companion was just a friend, but is remorseful for how the situation has affected his family.

Hollywood mega-star Sean Penn has filed for separation from his wife of 13 years, for the second time in recent years. Sean Penn and Robin Wright Penn were married on April 27, 1996 and have two children Dylan and Hopper Jack. The couple briefly separated in December of 2007, but reconciled a few months later in April of 2008. This will be the second divorce for Sean Penn who was briefly married to Madonna from 1985 to 1989.
Twin Girls for Sarah Jessica Parker
Sarah Jessica Parker comes from a large family, but until recently she was a mother of one. Sarah Jessica Parker and her husband Matthew Broderick have a six year old son named James Wilke. Well, James Wilke will soon know the joys of being a big brother, times two. Sarah Jessica Parker and her husband Matthew Broderick are expecting twin girls via a surrogate. The couple of twelve years expressed through their reps that they were elated at their impending arrival and anticipated their twins would join their family this summer.
Slumdog Sweethearts
Speculation has been swirling for months as to the real life relationship between Slumdog Millionaire co-stars Freida Pinto and Dev Patel. Although the pair denied they had any offscreen chemistry for one another during awards season, recent pictures suggest evidence that may have been a little white lie. Now, Dev Patel’s mother has confirmed to the press that the pair are in fact a couple. Freida Pinto is shooting a film in Israel and Dev Patel visited her on location. The pair of lovebirds were spotted out and about in Israel and onlookers say the pair were very affectionate.

Always preheat your grill.
Clean your grill between uses.
Grill chicken with the bone in so it doesn’t dry out.
Grill chicken at least 6 inches above your heat source.
Grill beef at least 4 inches above your heat source.
To keep meat from sticking lightly coat your grilling rack with cooking oil.
Update: Project Runway Air Date Set
Fans of Project runway breathed a collective sigh of relief when the legal battle between the show’s producers and it’s former network settled their legal dispute. Well, fans can further rejoice because Project Runway’s new network, Lifetime, has announced the air date for the next season. The hit show will return to cable TV on August 20th. The sixth installment of the show was taped last year and features the usual cast of characters Heidi Klum, Tim Gunn. Michael Kors and Nina Garcia. Speacial guest this season will include Christian Aguilera, Eva Longoria Parker and Rebecca Romijn.
Is Britney Pregnant With Her Third Child?
Britney Spears is Pregnant! That statement is enough to catch the attention of just about anyone who hears it. Well, according to Ryan Seacrest he has it on good authority that Britney Spears is in fact pregnant with her third child. This rumor carries a lot of weight coming from Ryan Seacrest as he isn’t usually known to spread unsubstantiated rumors. However, the pop star’s camp vehemently denies that she is pregnant with her third child. I guess the rest of us will have to wait and see.
